 Nanny FAQ’s

At the Nanny Collective, we know you might have questions as you think about joining our team. Below, you’ll find answers to common questions from nannies to help you understand the application process and what it truly means to be part of our community.

  • Beyond the ways you show up as yourself (read above), the following is important:

    • > 21 years old

    • Minimum of 2 years full-time childcare experience

    • Two professional references

    • Fluent in English

    • Commitment for at least 6 months

    • Legal documents allowing you to register as autonomo and/or sign a contract in Spain

    • Current CPR & First-aid Certification*

    • Valid Police Check*

      *We provide hands-on guidance to obtain these requirements

  • We offer all childcare services you can think of, and depending on your profile, we match you with families with whom you’d be a good fit! Some positions you can think of: flexible day and evening care, night nanny for newborns, full-time placements, language tutor nanny, travel nanny, and weekend care. Our main services are listed here.


  • First, please fill out the registration form below. If we feel there’s a potential fit, we’ll invite you for an interview to get to know each other better. If it’s a clear yes on both sides, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including submitting your personal details, documents, and references. Once all checks are complete, you’ll officially be part of the team!
