And if what you have is feedback, good or uncomfortable, that is the most important email you can send us. What you tell us shapes what we make next, and we would genuinely love to hear more.
One thing we cannot do by email: answer medical questions about your own baby. For those, your midwife, and then your health visitor or GP, are always the right door.
